President's Letter: 2012

Dear Members,

It doesn’t seem possible but in a few weeks we’ll be relaxing at the B&T enjoying all we love most about the club! On behalf of the Board of Governors I would like to welcome everyone back for the ninety-ninth season.   Jeanette Bybee, who is marking her tenth season, will continue to ensure that all runs smoothly throughout the 2012 season as she has done so well in the past.

Though as much as things never change at the Club, there will be some noticeable differences this year. The Food Committee was formed last fall to review the Sea Side Grille menu and to discuss ways to enhance evening offerings. This group met often, interviewed several vendors, and worked tirelessly to discuss menus that the membership will enjoy. The committee recommended that the Board contract with Brandi Foods of Danvers to be the 2012 snack bar operator and social event caterer.  Please welcome the new staff, and enjoy the very varied offerings available at the snack bar, as well as the distinctive evening fare.
